Electro-Voice RE520 Condenser Microphone

The RE520 is a supercardioid condenser vocal microphone for live performance and other close vocal pickup. The directional pattern favors the voice at the front of the capsule and reduces sound arriving from other directions. Microphone orientation, monitor placement, and distance from the singer determine how that pickup pattern works within the sound system.
