Overview

The Hosa DNX-345M is a passive extender that collapses four balanced XLR channels onto a single shielded CAT5e or better cable. This unit provides an 8P8C network jack on one side and XLR3M connectors on the other, and it pairs with a matching female unit at the opposite end of the run. It passes analog mic and line level, DMX512, and AES3 with no analog to digital conversion. The housing is galvanized steel.
