Overview

The Hosa GLT-255 ground lifter is designed to eliminate interference associated with ground loops. It connects XLR3F to XLR3M and inserts inline on a microphone or line cable, with pin 1 lifted so the signal passes ungrounded. Use it when hum appears between pieces of gear on different circuits, such as a stage box feeding a console or a mixer feeding an amplifier.
