The BCM 104 is a dedicated broadcast microphone for radio, streaming and podcast work, built around a shock protected large diaphragm condenser capsule developed specifically for speech. An integrated pop screen sits behind a headgrille that twists off for quick cleaning, and the housing shape is optimized for standard boom arms. Transformerless output keeps hum and noise low, self noise measures 7 dB-A, and hidden switches add a 100 Hz low cut and 14 dB preattenuation.
