Neumann KK 131

Part of Neumann's modular KM A/D system, the KK 131 is a free field equalized pressure transducer with an omnidirectional characteristic. Sensitivity in the free sound field stays flat up to 20 kHz, with a roll-off above 5 kHz in the diffuse field. The passive capsule weighs 11 grams and can be detached from its output stage by up to 100 meters using a special cable. It pairs with either the analog or the digital AES 42 output stage. Nickel finish, supplied in a capsule woodbox.
