Neumann KK 183 NX

An omnidirectional capsule head in Nextel black, the KK 183 nx is diffuse-field equalized with a free field treble boost of roughly 7 dB at 10 kHz, holding a flat response up to 10 kHz in the diffuse sound field. At 18 mm long and 11 grams it stays visually unobtrusive on a stand, and the passive capsule can be placed up to 100 meters from its output stage. It works with the analog version or the digital AES 42 version. Supplied in a capsule woodbox.
