Neumann WNS 100 black

A windscreen made from open-cell polyurethane foam, for close range sounds, wind and fast movements of the microphone boom. It offers 18 dB of wind noise attenuation, measured without electrical filtering in a turbulent air stream traveling at 20 km/h. The foam does not cause interfering resonances and does not influence the directional pattern, and only in the upper frequency range is the output level slightly attenuated, by 2 dB at 15 kHz. Black, 45 mm in diameter. Fits KM 80, KM 100, KM 180 and KM D microphones.
