sE Electronics sE7

The sE7 is a small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone built around a 1/2 inch back-electret capsule with an ultra-thin diaphragm for fast transient response. It offers a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, sensitivity of 19 mV/Pa, an equivalent noise level of 16 dBA, and a maximum SPL of 136 dB unpadded or 156 dB with the switchable 20dB pad engaged. A switchable 80Hz, 6dB per octave highpass filter is also included. The microphone uses discrete Class-A, transformerless circuitry, requires 48V phantom power, and connects via a gold-plated XLR connector.
