The sE8 is a small diaphragm cardioid condenser microphone with a transformerless, Class-A circuit design for high dynamic range and low distortion. It includes switchable -10dB and -20dB attenuation pads and selectable 80Hz or 160Hz low-cut filters to control proximity effect and rumble. Its all-metal chassis with a gold sputtered diaphragm and gold-plated XLR connector provides efficient RF rejection and a reliable, loss-free signal path.
