Sennheiser E 901

The e 901 is a pre-polarized boundary condenser microphone with a half-cardioid pattern, made to capture kick drum and grand piano with a dry, realistic and highly defined tone. Fast, precise transient response captures a clean attack, and it handles extremely high sound pressure levels without distortion. A rugged metal housing with a slip-free rubber pad sits inside the drum, so no stand is required. Connection is 3-pin XLR with an integrated preamp and P48 phantom power.
