Sennheiser MZH 80-1

The MZH 80-1 is used in conjunction with the MZW 80-1 windshield: a hairy cover made from long-haired polyester fleece that provides maximum protection against wind noise. It slips over the blimp for exterior location work, adding a further stage of attenuation on top of the basket itself so recordings stay usable when the weather turns. Part of the Sennheiser MKH microphone accessory range.
