SKM AVX-835S is the handheld transmitter for the AVX digital wireless system, fitted with a robust dynamic cardioid capsule that blocks unwanted side noise in loud surroundings and suits street interviews and reporting. Setup is fully self-configuring, so radio frequency planning disappears, and the level automatically matches the camera input without adjustment on the microphone. A mute button gives control during interviews. It runs in the licence-free 1.9 GHz band with AES 256 encryption and a rechargeable BA 10 battery.
