A steel six-way flush block measuring 12 by 12 by 24 inches, built with round tubes so it accepts screw jacks. Six connection faces mean truss can run out of the block in any direction, and the flush design keeps the joint faces level with the truss chords rather than standing proud. The round tube receivers are the useful detail: drop screw jacks in and the block becomes a levelling base for a tower on uneven ground. Steel construction gives it the mass a base connection needs.
