A conversion spacer that adapts 20.5 inch box truss to 12-inch box truss, measuring 20.5 by 20.5 inches with 6 inches of depth. Rental houses almost always own both sizes, and this is the part that lets a 12-inch run continue off a 20.5-inch main truss without a custom fabrication.
