A 3-inch spacer for 12-inch box truss, used to close a short gap in a run rather than fabricating a custom length. The chords are 2-inch outer diameter by 1/8-inch 6061-T6 aluminum with 1-inch by 1/8-inch diagonal bracing, and the end plates follow the industry-standard plated truss bolt pattern so it bolts between any two standard sections. Spacers like this are how a grid gets trimmed to a room dimension on site. The bolt kit for this piece is sold separately, unlike the longer straight sections which ship with grade-8 bolts.
