A pick point block for 12-inch truss: a block that bolts into a truss run and gives motors, slings, and shackles an engineered point to pull against instead of a sling choked around a chord. Pick points are where the entire load of a rig transfers into the rigging above it, which makes them one of the few parts of a truss system nobody should be improvising.
