A 30-inch square steel base plate, 9mm thick, drilled with flange mounting holes so you can bolt on whichever schedule 40 flange suits the upright you are standing up. The flange is not supplied with the plate. Footprint is the reason to step up to this size: more area under the load means more resistance to tipping, which matters on raked or uneven floors and with taller columns.
