The Shure A89SW-JMR is a Rycote replacement Windjammer sized for the VP89S and VP82 end-address shotgun condenser microphones. Developed by Shure with Rycote, the synthetic fur cover slips snugly over the modular windshield and adds roughly 10 dB of wind noise attenuation for outdoor interviews, broadcast, and field recording. A drawstring and toggle hold it firmly in place, restoring full wind protection when the original windjammer wears out or goes missing.
