Shure MX415LP/C 15" Shock-Mounted Gooseneck, Cardioid, Less Preamplifier

The MX415 is a Microflex gooseneck condenser microphone for boardrooms, council chambers, and other rooms where appearance matters. This version has a 15 inch (38.1 cm) gooseneck, a cardioid cartridge, and a bi-color status indicator, and it is supplied without a preamplifier, terminating instead in a modular connector for a separate surface mount or drop-in preamplifier. The shock mounted base isolates the capsule from surface noise.
