The Shure MX418D/N is an 18 inch Microflex gooseneck condenser microphone on an attached desktop base, supplied without a cartridge so the cardioid, supercardioid, or omnidirectional capsule can be selected separately. The dual flex gooseneck holds its position, and an internal shock mount provides over 20 dB of vibration isolation. A programmable switch and LED indicator with logic functions support conferencing control, and the attached 10 foot XLR cable carries a balanced transformerless output with RF filtering.
