The VIP55SM dual mount kit holds two microphones with tapered handles side by side on a standard microphone stand, the familiar arrangement for lecterns and press conferences. Each microphone sits in its own vibration isolating mount, and the two are spaced far enough apart that windscreens can be fitted for outdoor use. The yoke is metal, while the mounts and base are molded with a threaded metal insert.
